The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant postings that resonate with target audiences.
- Create captivating and shareable content tailored to various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyze performance metrics and engage with social media analytics tools to assess content effectiveness and optimize future posts.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback across all social channels, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually innovate our approach and enhance customer interactions.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI and reach.
- Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to extend our reach and grow our online community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, including content creation, scheduling, and analysis.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative flair.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management is preferred.
